I received a masters in electronic engineering in 2010 and have since worked as a biomedical researcher, design engineer and for the last couple of years as a system engineer in a company that make very cool technologies for cars.
I started building websites as a hobby and soon realised it was a fantastic way to combine my coding and technical knowledge with my keen interest in graphic design and general desire to make things that look pretty. So I left my engineering job and now travel around the world, doing web design as I go.
I also do aerial acrobatics, make electronic gadgets for fun and read lots of sci-fi and detective novels.
If you want to read about my failures as a culinary master, travel adventures or gripes about my upstairs neighbours you should check out my blog.
I am a web designer, an artist, a pilot, and a physicist masquerading as an engineer.
I began learning web design when I was 14. I thought it was the perfect way for me to get my art up online and seen by people all over the world, but quickly learned to love the creation of code, graphics and content. I started making websites for other people, their businesses, clubs and hobbies when I was 20 and haven’t stopped since. (If you want to see my artwork, you can visit my portfolio here.)
I have a BSc and PhD in physics and I managed to sneak into an engineering company where I work as a vision research engineer. I make awesome cameras for awesome cars.
In 2006 I got my private pilots licence and have since discovered the joy of flying upside down. Eventually I will buy one of these.
